Our office regularly appears before probate courts across the state on behalf of clients in their capacity as Executors or Administrators of estates. We have experience assisting clients in opening the estate, transferring assets to an estate account, filing the necessary paperwork with the Rhode Island Division of Taxation to lift the automatic lien, distributing assets to beneficiaries, preparing accountings and closing estates.
